Who you are

We’re looking for future leaders who are organised and have a passion for projects. You’re good at building strong, trusting relationships and have a knack for bringing the right people together to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

You are, or aspiring to be, a professional project manager with an enthusiasm to find innovative solutions for your clients and delivering complex projects across an array of sectors, including; transportation, utilities, roads, bridges & rails, ports & marine, industrial developments, as well as the ability to work with local and state governments.

You love variety in your work and when every day is different from the next. You’re the kind of person who dives right in, learning as much as you can about a new client, a different industry or business, and you’ll apply your knowledge and technical expertise to get the best results.

Your Role

  • As the client's advocate, you'll work side-by-side with experts in project delivery, across all phases of the project, to ensure that every aspect yields maximum value;
  • Assist project managers by updating schedules, monitoring progress, reporting status, and performing other essential tasks related to project control;
  • Participate in and chair a variety of project meetings, taking careful notes on all relevant decisions and next steps; and
  • Participate in a committed group of project delivery specialists providing clients with advisory services across a variety of sectors.

What you bring

  • A qualification in engineering, architecture, project management, business or a similar combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work towards professional project management designations such as CAPM.
  • 1-5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Good understanding of project management models.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A strong sense of community and involvement in local community activities.
